1) Production Manager/Assistant Production Manager:
- A degree in food technology/nutrition (MBA is a plus).
- 10 years of increasing management responsibility in a manufacturing environment is required. Food industry experience is preferred.
2) Executive Pastry Chef:
- Graduate of a known culinary school.
- 7 years experience directly related to the specified position with a min. of 2 years as an Executive Pastry Chef.
- Knowledge of all types of pastry products preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.
3) Pastry Chefs/Pastry Sous Chefs:
- Graduate of a culinary school.
- 5 years experience as Pastry Chef/Pastry Sous Chef.
4) French Bakery Chef/Assistant French Bakery Chef:
- Graduate of a known culinary school (Baking specialty).
- 5 years experience as head baker in an industrial baking facility.
5) Quality Assurance Manager/Quality Controller:
- A degree in Agronomy, Food Science, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene basics.
6) Maintenance Manager:
- Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering .
- 5 years experience in a food production facility.

2) Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager:
- Degree in Hospitality or BA.
- 5 years experience preferably in F&B operations.
3) Cheese & Deli Supervisor/Assistant Cheese & Deli Supervisor:
- 5 years experience as Deli Supervisor in a supermarket chain.
- Excellent Knowledge of major Cheese & Deli products.
4) Kitchen Chef/Kitchen Sous Chef:
- Graduate of a known culinary school.
- 5 years experience as Kitchen Chef/Kitchen Sous Chef.
| | Applicants should have :
- Basic Knowledge of HACCP & GMP’s.
- Strong leadership skills, team builder, motivator, decision maker, good communications skills and administrative skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, supervise and lead people.
