Fitness for kids Adventure boot camp for kids Bring your kids to our adventure boot camp class in Beat fitness center, this is a great way to heat the body, centre the mind and connect both the body and mind through the breath before beginning the challenge. Your kids will not only have a great workout but they will have fun doing it on our kid’s obstacle course. FIRST COURSE FOR FREE FRIDAY AT 5:00 PM AGE FROM 10 TILL 13 YEARS OLD SATURDAY AT 4:00 PM AGE FROM 6 TILL 9 YEARS OLD Please note places are limited and booking is essential because there are equipments to use.
