Dear Sir/Madam,

The "Cambridge Institute for Global Leadership (CIGL)" is pleased to invite executives in Lebanon to two unique "Simulations™" that will explore advanced concepts published by Harvard University scholars.

We do not believe in conventional seminars, workshops, trainings or conferences. Each CIGL program is a "Simulation™". It is an Experience, not an ordinary event. Delegates will be an exclusive group of about (7) executives per Simulation™. They will be chaired by Michael Kouly, a World Bank Fellow, senior international executive & a scholar who has specialized in Global Leadership at Harvard and Princeton universities.

Executive attendees of previous events came from Qatar Investment Authority, Kuwait & Gulf Link, Dubai Land, PepsiCo, FedEx, AmEx, Nestle, Indevco, Sodamco, Dubai World Trade Center, Banks; Audi, BLOM, BankMed, Commercialbank Qatar, CL, BLF, BBAC, ARBIFT, St Joseph University, AUB, LAU, AUST, Malik’s, Matta Contracting, MAN, Dora Mills, Arope Insurance, Exotica, IDM , HOK, NOV, PWC/AGILITY Logistics, U.A.E. Ministry of Education and others.

The two Simulations™ are: 1- Strategic Leadership. 2- Relational Intelligence.

Leadership is a key to personal and organizational progress. This unique Simulation™ offers unparalleled experience into understanding the Self and the art of leadership. It covers the following subjects:
A - Authority vs. Leadership vs. Management during Conflict and Chaos. Rules of Power.
B - Leading from a position of Authority. Leading Without Authority/Power.
C - Staying "Alive" while Exercising Leadership. The Realities of "Organizational and Corporate     Politics".
D - Do Vision, Mission & Strategy really work?
E - Understanding & Mobilizing the Self, People & Organizations.

Duration/Date: Two half working days (PM) and a weekend. April 17 - 20
Location: At a Beirut hotel (to be announced later)
Tuition: Net USD 2,500 per person (including lunch, breaks & event material)
(Flexible payment facilities are available for non corporate participants)

(The same Strategic Leadership Simulation will be held in Dubai, May 2 – 5. If applicable, we recommend that you reserve your seat soonest)

2- Relational Intelligence – Building and Maintaining Good Relationships
Every person or organization has experienced the fruits of good relationships and the damage of unsuccessful ones. Thus, the performance of organizations depends on the quality of the relationships among its people, with clients, investors, suppliers, creditors and its surrounding environment. Moreover, the fulfillment of an individual’s life also relies on the kind of relationships he or she develops at home, work and society.
Relational Intelligence is about building and maintaining healthy relationships that help its parties survive and grow collectively. It integrates three basic components that should work together: A - Emotional Intelligence, B - Cultural Intelligence, C - Ethical Intelligence

Duration/Date: One half working day (PM) and a weekend. April 11 - 13
Location: At a Beirut hotel (to be announced later)
Tuition: Net USD 1,500 per person (including lunch, breaks & event material).
(Flexible payment facilities are available for non corporate participants)

Official certificates will be provided to delegates.
