As Michael Karam, author of the award winning Wines from Lebanon explains:" Massaya started a revolution that would redefine the Lebanese wine and arak industry." In May 2008, Massaya will celebrate its 10th anniversary with the theme Back to Bacchus! a tribute to Lebanon's significant wine heritage, best symbolized by the awe-inspiring Temple of Bacchus, the Roman God of Wine, at Baalbeck. There is no excuse not to party as we honor our mythical neighbor with 10 days of festivities across the Bekaa Valley.
