Job Vacancies




Wooden Bakery is seeking to recruit the following positions
 

1) HR Manager:
Job Responsibilities:
The HR Manager is mainly responsible for administering the HR Policies of Wooden Bakery, verifying all HR Procedures to make sure that they are in conformity with the Lebanese Labor Law and NSSF regulations. He/she handles employment procedures, job classifications and compensations, time management, employee development activities and payroll management. Also, supervises the administration of the HR System, keeping electronic and hard copy files, records and statistics for all Company personnel, and monitors the NSSF as well as all benefit plans of the Company.
 
The right candidate should have:
• BBA from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management.
• Excellent Arabic and English written and oral skills.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in MS applications. Previous experience in HRMS implementation is an advantage.

2) Administrative Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
• Handles all communication and correspondence with Wooden Bakery branches.
• Attends to all requests and queries from Wooden Bakery branches.
 
The right candidate should have:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen eye on details, and persistency in follow up and problem solving.
 
3) Stores Quality Controllers:
Job Responsibilities:
• Control the Quality of all types of breads, pastries and others.
• Control the presentation, display and availability of products.
 
The right candidate should have:
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Agricultural, or a related field.
• Candidates must have a car.
 
4) Area Manager:
Job Responsibilities:
The Area Manager is mainly responsible to supervise the operation of all Wooden Bakery branches. He is responsible for the implementation of the company’s standards and procedures.
 
The right candidate should have:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience on a multi unit F&B chain.
• Skills in managing people and setting goals for proper achievement of targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written English & Arabic. French is a plus.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Applications.
 
5) Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
The Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor assists the Store Manager in promoting the store’s services and products; manages and supervises the store according to company’s standards and procedures.

The right candidate should have:

• Knowledge of the business, especially in the F&B retail.
• High School education or higher.
• At least 3 years experience in the F&B industry or retail food chains.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
• Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills.
