1- Accountant  (Ref TTWW-AC)
Responsibility:
Booking of daily transactions, collections & payments, reconciliation, monthly reporting & analysis, coordinating with branches, cash handling, closing fiscal year, tax preparation and familiar with legal regulations.

Qualifications:
- B.A. / Accounting
- Skilled with Microsoft Office & Accounting Softwares.
- Languages: Arabic, English & French+
- Experience: Min. 3 Years


2- NOC Operator (Ref # TTWW-NOCO)
Position Description:
Network Operations Center (NOC) is 24x7x365, supporting network & security related activities. Responsibilities include: monitoring, troubleshooting, documenting and configuring data and voice networks. Systems supported include: routers, switches, voice gateways, voice switches, and different types of voice interconnections. Use network diagnostic equipment such as Sniffer and device logs to troubleshoot network failures. Monitor various networks using some in-house tools and graphs. Report and escalate circuit issues to carriers..

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 1+ year in any IT related job.
- Good Knowledge in Windows, Linux.
- Basic system administration skills
- CCNA is a plus


3- Senior Network and Switch Engineer (Ref TTA-SNSE)
Position Description:
- Manage Satellite Gateway Operations.
- Provision and troubleshoot VoIP and TDM interconnections. Which require good knowledge
of various protocols and mainly: SIP, h323, R2 and SS7.
- Providing senior-level technical expertise (Level-2 Escalation support) for voice and
satellite broadband.
- Responsible for leading the NOC team. Responsible for on-going NOC management to meet
service quality and availability goals.
- Positioned in Africa

Qualifications: (At least 2 points)
- BE, CCE or Telecommunication domain, CS
- Cisco Certification CCNA + CCNP
- VSAT installation and Operation 2-3 years. SCPC, DVB and point-to-point connections
- Voice / VOIP hands-on Experience Cisco AS series, session border controllers,
softswitches 2-3 years
- Hands-On Experience for minimum 3-4 years in Telecom Sector


4- System Development Manager (Ref TTWW-SDM)
Position Description:
- Lead development team to deliver high quality software that meets the business requirements,
meeting all project milestones.
- Make technical decisions based on the business requirements and system architecture constraints.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress of team members to meet task deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a lead developer, delivering projects on-time with a high degree of quality.
- Strong Hands on experience in Java, JSP, Javascript, .NET , ASP
- Experience in
- J2EE technologies.
- SQL queries, developing database tables, views, stored procedures. MS-SQL and MYSQL preferred.
- all phases of SDLC.
- Ability to review software designs and implementations strategies and provide feedback in
relationship to quality.
- Willingness to travel for on-site requirement reviews, installations, and support.
- Strong written communication skills.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Masters is a plus.
- 5+ years development experience using industry standard development languages such as J2EE
- 3+ years as a team leader of a software development project, managing a staff of at least
4 developers.
- 3+ years working with banking or financial industry applications preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Min. 3 Years
