OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Objective: This program intends to provide a hands-on training on the different administrative topics – organizational techniques, accounting, communication, business law and project management - supplying thus practical tools ready to be directly used by the participant.

Target Public:  All marketing and sales managers and agents as well as all those who would like to gain practical knowledge in marketing and sales for decision making.

 

Objective: To offer to the marketing and sales people a full range of marketing tools with practical applications enabling them to understand, analyze and behave according to the market’s mutations.

 

FINANCIAL management

Target Public:  Accountants, Financial agents and managers, creditors and investors as well as anyone who wishes to deepen his/her knowledge in financial analysis and management.

 

Objective: To understand the full set of theories and applications of finance as a key to successful company management. At the end of this program, the trainee will be able to adequately use the financial tools for analysis and decision making.

 

Human resources management

Target Public:  HR managers and agents, Administrative managers as well as anyone wishing to get the knowledge of developing HR strategies and implementing an effective HRM system inside the company.

 

Objective: To acquire the HR management best practices through a deep understanding of the roles, skills and functions of HR management, with special attention to interpersonal relationship between employers and employees for effective and efficient achievement of goals.
