A- Executive Secretary Will be responsible of assisting the Manager in all related secretarial & administrative functions. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent Min. 2 Years Experience as Executive Secretary in a reputable company B- Receptionist Position Manages the company’s lobby area. Greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures. Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks. Fresh graduate in Secretariat or Equivalent C- Accountant Position Prepares Journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts; prepares monthly financial statements, Assists with the preparation of the annual and mid-year budgets and the fiscal year-end and fixed asset accounting.
