Financial Consultant


Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate shall be part of the Financial Advisory team. His/her main duties shall include but not limited to:

1. Contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the Financial Advisory Department through performing the following tasks:
a. Valuing and analyzing new deals presented to the Company
b. Spreading financial statements on computer software and preparing financial models
c. Preparing and presenting the Transaction Document/Private Placement Memorandum
d. Engaging actively in the due diligence process on deals
e. Attending conferences that might enhance our contacts and contribute to our deal flow
2. Research Coordination:
a. Performing research regarding deals under consideration, this will include: analysis of competitors, proxies for companies and markets, qualitative comparisons, analysis of market trends, etc.
b. Tracking and updating statistical research database
c. Advising on current development and prospects

Qualifications
•  Bachelor degree in business administration with concentration on finance, MBA or MS in finance is preferable
•  Excellent command of English & Arabic
•  No previous experience is required

Skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Good skills in personal computer operation, word processing and spreadsheet software programs
 

Financial Controller


Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate shall be part of the Administration function. His/her main duties shall include but not limited to:

1. Monitoring and reporting on Company resources allocation and efficiency
2. Providing costing analysis and overhead allocation, reporting on output cost, measures, aging of A/R, and preparing financial reports, cash flow statement, analysis, and ratios
3. Following up on collection
4. Preparing and following up on LOEs and contracts
5. Performing all accounting transaction related to the Company
6. Coordinating with Company external auditor

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in business administration with concentration on finance, MBA or MS in finance is preferable
• Excellent command of English & Arabic
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is required

• Good skills in personal computer operation, word processing and spreadsheet software programs
