Vacancies (Executive Secretary, Receptionist & Accounting Position)

General Conditions

Work Schedule from Monday till Friday from 8:15AM Till 17:45PM

Computer literate basically Microsoft office (like word, PowerPoint, excel)
Good verbal and written communications skills in Arabic & English
Good interpersonal, communication, organizing and administration skills
Able to work independent & under pressure.


A- Executive Secretary

Will be responsible of assisting the Manager in all related secretarial & administrative functions.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent

Min. 2 Years Experience as Executive Secretary in a reputable company

 

B- Receptionist Position

Manages the company’s lobby area. Greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures. Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.

Fresh graduate in Secretariat or Equivalent

 

C- Accountant Position

Prepares Journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts; prepares monthly financial statements, Assists with the preparation of the annual and mid-year budgets and the fiscal year-end and fixed asset accounting.

Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use;
Reconciling accounts, records, reports and journals;
Preparing financial and/or auditor statements, schedules and reports;

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Equivalent

Min. 2 Years Experience as an Accountant in a reputable company
